    Feature

    Thaumatin is a natural sweet protein extracted from arrowroot. Its sweetness is 1,600 times that of sucrose. Thaumatin powder raw material is white to cream powder and has the characteristics of being odorless.
    In fact, Thaumatin includes Thaumatin I, II, III, Thaumatin b and C. The five types of Thaumatin are all composed of polypeptide chains with similar amino acid compositions, among which Thaumatin I and II are the most important, accounting for more than 20%.
